Orders and downloads
I didn't get my download email.
It usually arrives within a few minutes. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders for an email from Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. Still nothing? Email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll resend your files.
How do I open the files?
They're PDF files. They open on any phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, tap the download link and the file opens in your browser or files app. To print the worksheets, open the PDF on a computer and print as normal.
I lost my files. Can I get them again?
Yes. Your receipt email has your download links. If you can't find it, email us and we'll send them again.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. All our current products are digital downloads, delivered by email right after checkout.
Using the guide
Do I need tools or experience?
No. The tests use a tissue, an incense stick, a flashlight and a sheet of paper. Most fixes peel and stick, slide on, or press in by hand.
I rent. Can I still use it?
Yes. Fixes marked "Renter-friendly" are removable. The guide also includes a repair request letter for problems that are your landlord's job.
I can't find any drafts. What now?
Try again on a cold, windy evening and use the fan power-up on page 6 of the guide. If your home is still cold with no drafts, the heat may be escaping through missing insulation. See "When to call a pro" in the guide, or email us a photo and we'll help.
