Refund Policy
The short version: if The Heat Leak Finder (or any DraftHunt guide) doesn't help you find and fix drafts in your home, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
30-day money-back guarantee
Every DraftHunt digital product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You don't need to explain why or prove anything. Just ask within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to request a refund
- Email support@drafthunt.com from the email address you used at checkout.
- Include your order number (it's in your receipt email) or the date of purchase.
- That's it. We'll confirm your refund, usually within 1–2 business days.
When you'll get your money
Our orders are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, so refunds go back to your original payment method through them. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund usually appears within 5–10 business days after we approve it.
Bundles and add-ons
If you bought a bundle (for example, the guide plus the summer bonus), you can request a refund for the whole order. If you bought add-on guides separately, each can be refunded on its own within 30 days of its purchase.
After a refund
Once your order is refunded, your license to use the files ends. Please delete any copies you downloaded.
After 30 days
We generally can't refund purchases made more than 30 days ago. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or files that never arrived, email us anyway and we'll make it right.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. Nothing here limits those rights.
