Terms of Service
These terms apply when you visit drafthunt.com or buy a DraftHunt digital product. By buying or using our products, you agree to them. "We", "us" and "DraftHunt" mean DraftHunt, an independent business based in Malaysia.
1. What we sell
DraftHunt sells downloadable guides (PDF files), such as The Heat Leak Finder. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment, you receive your download links by email.
2. Payments and our reseller
Our order process is handled by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy processes payments, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and handles billing questions about your order. Their own terms apply to the purchase.
3. Your license
- When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and print it for your own household.
- You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish the files or their contents, in whole or in part.
- All content, illustrations and designs are owned by DraftHunt and protected by copyright.
4. Refunds
All products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.
5. Information only, no guaranteed results
Our guides give general, educational information about common DIY draft-sealing tasks. Every home is different. We don't promise any specific reduction in energy use or bills, and results depend on your home, climate, and how fixes are chosen and installed.
6. Safety
- Follow all safety notes in the guides and the instructions that come with any product you buy.
- Contact a licensed professional for anything involving gas appliances, electrical wiring, chimneys, structural work, mold, or lead paint.
- Keep working carbon monoxide alarms where you have fuel-burning appliances, and keep an emergency exit window openable in every bedroom.
- Renters should check their lease and ask their landlord before making permanent changes.
7. Third-party products and links
Our guides mention products sold by other companies and link to other websites, such as Amazon. We don't make or sell those products and aren't responsible for them, their prices or their availability. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Where they are, we say so.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DraftHunt isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any damage or injury that results from how the information in our guides is used. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
9. Changes
We may update our products and these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
